Dear Friend of Tai-Ao,
A new culture has taken shape within Tai-Ao because of
the values, dedication and passion our employees bring
with them every day. It's a culture of customer focus
and product innovation that produces results for our consumers.
By instilling this culture, we've energized ourselves
and our relationships with our suppliers and customers.
In the past year, we've made many changes in the way we
do things and have become more flexible and creative in
order to perfectly serve our most important accounts.
Our ongoing effort is to make certain every corner of
our company is steeped in this new culture. We know it
will take time. But it is critical that it become part
of all of us at Tai-Ao. When it does, the practices will
come naturally in everything we do, with leadership and
innovation coming from within the body of the organization,
not just from on top. Backed by the passion for our business
